Getting Started

New to Kreev? The User Guide walks through the app tab by tab, and the FAQ covers the most common questions about pricing, devices, and how the Recovery Score works. Kreev requires an iPhone on iOS 16+ and an Apple Watch Series 4+ (watchOS 9+) for the full signal set.

Account & Billing

Every new account gets an automatic 30-day Sentinel trial — no credit card required. At day 30, your account reverts to the Free tier (no data lost) unless you subscribe. Sentinel is $5.99/mo or $39.99/yr.

To manage or cancel a subscription, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We send a reminder before renewals. To delete your account entirely, use Settings → Delete Account in the app; to clear data from just this device while keeping your account, use Settings → Reset This Device.

HealthKit & Syncing

Kreev reads your health data from Apple Health, which in turn syncs from your Apple Watch. If your score or metrics look out of date:

• Make sure your Apple Watch has synced recently — open the Health app on your iPhone to confirm.
• Check that Kreev has HealthKit permission: iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Kreev.
• If you just opened the app before overnight sleep data finished syncing, you'll see a "Sleep syncing" indicator — your score refines automatically once it lands.

Privacy & Your Data

Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Policy. In short: no ads, no data sales, no third-party analytics SDKs. You can export all your data as a single file from Settings → Export, or delete it permanently from Settings → Delete Account.
